also that JT lost all his margined shares(to pay debts)--it still is showing instability--the key element is the convertibles and death spiral warrants that may still be out their--I would study all available data regards the recent financing before I risk my money on this(which I not going to do)---the ABTX
last 8k is written in purposely foggy language regards most recent financing---Auric says death spiral warrants are involved---I need to study 10K,but as I have no intention to buy any ABTX,I probably will not go further in my research---as for some one buying ABTX dirt cheap---that is always possible but tremendous share dilution is going on---dirt cheap would be dirt cheap--I see no premium in their present status.Good Luck,Max
