If your entire message fits on one line, you add the <eom> tag. This way, the reader knows that there is nothing beyond the header. It's designed to save the reader's time. Don't feel too bad. Most of the shorts on this thread have had a problem figuring that out.

A serious question. I have not been able to find much solid info on this company. Are you familiar with the recent convertible preferred financing? If so, do you see it as a detriment to the stock price in and of itself? Have you shorted other companies that have similar financing?
