I guess I was assuming if USB were trading at 47, we wouldn't be getting .6 shares. It seems that USB is purchasing BCOM with undervalued shares, which is somewhat unusual. Usually a share swap happens when the acquiring entity's shares are inflated. This deal gives BCOM shareholders a chance to participate in the anticipated return to value of USB shares. BWDIK.
