A Denver Post article on Qwest execs selling shares said that the Board has an agreement with Nacchio that he must sell some of his shares each quarter. The article stated that the timing of the sales (Feb. 7) was because the stock had gotten ahead of itself. I agree with that assessment - I've been waiting since the first of the year to buy in and was finally able to get in at 52 1/2. I think Qwst did too well at the beginning of the year but is now again at a support level.
