rw, are you ready for the millions in losses that an iss would create at current valuations? losses ala amzn, though maybe more so b/c marketing would be higher for dell than amzn now due to increased competition...

You might of not read this week that Sears is going to start to sell appliances over the net., along with parts,(I like the part Idea, I have kept my washing machine alive for a long time, my wife hates the look of it but it runs like new because it is almost new from me replacing most to the insides.) The point I'm trying to make is the off line companies are coming online. There will come a time when the term internet company will mean less and less, since all companies will be online. The above leads to the term "Interent Economy" it's big it's really big, a sea change if you will. So, DELL will have to stick to computers and what goes with them because of the above.
