This whole deal has an odd "deja-vu" quality to it.....didn't I see this episode on the X-files? I think it is the one where the cigarette smoking man yells YAHOOOOOOO and then coughs up pieces of his lungs. No, maybe it was the one where Scully eats that bug and this alien things bursts through her chest, the alien thing has a sign hanging from it's neck that says "Eat Mo Chikin". I don't know man, it all runs together in my head, let me know when you figure it out.
