BB - That really was a curious post, wasn't it. Mr. Reid has never acknowledged any of his numerous misstatements of fact, nor his verifiable lies, as far as I can recall. If he does post under multiple identities, he's in violation of SI's Terms of Use. Willfully posting false information is also a violation, but it's hard to prove willfulness. SI's administrator seems to err on the side of lenience, which I believe is the right thing to do. In the meantime, I have been thinking that I will again try to stop responding to him. One can't argue with a zealot. While I do think it is a disservice to casual readers of this thread to let disinformation go uncorrected, I also believe that allowing myself to be goaded is counterproductive. Perhaps I'll just post one daily Reality Check, and let it go at that. I'm still thinking about it. - Allen
