WSJ 2/19/99: Upon completion, each share of TCI Group Series A will be exchanged for 0.7757 shares of AT&T common stock. Each share of TCI Group Series B common stock will be exchanged for 0.8533 shares of AT&T common stock. Date is not set -sometime in March. There is some rumor that T will do a buy-back prior to this. Franz
