I have experienced the same problem. Have an account with SureTrade, they use a "robot" to answer email. The robot hunts for keywords and answers accordingly. Have had a lot of fun with this, especially when trying to cancel a limit order (impossible to do with SureTrade). I guess the point is , things are worse elswhere and moving in the "who cares about customer satisfaction" direction. I look one day for the doitall online broker to offer free trades, ISP, and a computer if you'll agree to pop up ads and spam.
