I don't think it is all that great or a deal. The stock certainly seems to be going cheaply. Why can't CHGO finance it's expansion out of the now positive cash flow? I'm sure with positive cash flow, banks would lend. I have a lot of doubts about this deal, and yes, we do have a choice. As shareholders, we can all vote no. I am inclined to vote that way now, unless I hear a better case to go ahead. Question: did anyone call the company and ask for their perspective? I'd be curious to hear what Motenko has to say about all of this.
