I beg to differ on both of your statements.

First of all, you certainly have insinuated that SFLK and/or its IR has disseminated information to the public in an effort to fraudulently/illegaly inflate its stock price. Some examples...in case you may have forgotten:

As you and Flodyie enjoy playing word games, I thought I might enlighten you as to the definition of insinuate: To convey with oblique hints and allusions; hint covertly.

I think we all appreciate that the SEC is inquiring about the statements by SFLK. But those of us who have invested in the company do not appreciate your "insinuation" that the inquiry connotes wrongdoing. Wrongdoing is wrongdoing. And if you want comment negatively about SFLK on this thread, you should be prepared to demonstrate wrongdoing by the company with facts...not insinuation.

As to your point about the thread header and improper disclosure...please explain your comment "I can see by this thread header and the corresponding news release that there was improper disclosure as I interpret the SEC rules governing disclosure," in light of the following:

And finally, as to Floyd's suspension...you're right. I do not know for a fact that he's been suspended. Perhaps it's a joke, as you say.

I suggest you leave this stock alone and let the SEC do its job (as you suggest), before you get yourself into trouble.

Mo.

Is Floyd suspended? I thought that was a joke. Oh well. Been there, done that

Come on now, Bear...you thought it was a joke??? So you just posted this message from him yesterday because he was too lazy to do it himself? We all know you're here doing Floyd a favor since he's in SI jail and can't hold down the fort. You've already admitted not even short on SFLK. Just keep it honest, ok?

At least the government is working !!! Floyd says welcome to hell boys
