Actually, I think the price at one time hit .3875 or better. If you recall the trading as I'm sure we "old-time NPEC'rs", there was one day when the stock dropped .10. A few hours prior to the opening on that day, someone under the name of "Satan" posted a note to our thread and said he was dropping the stock.......and it did. Manipulation is for real as we've all seen with stocks, especially pennies. GC PS: Dr. Meade, how do you know that 600K block was yours and not someone else's? HAHAHAHA!
