Thanks SS.. (ALL: PLEASE READ): What's great about the ITOY concept is that it involves NO CD ROM's. CD's are limiting compared to the vast programmability of the Internet site and more of a pain to constantly buy. The public hates them and the retailer hates dealing with stocking levels, returns, etc.

Also you can't get any ad revenues with a CD ROM.

FAR BETTER is ITOY's concept. One of the great things about having a website, (like ITOY is working on now), to provide endless downloadable scenarios is that it assures incredible numbers of "hits" to their site and enables them to get an excellent amount of revenue from advertisers.

Starting to get the concept?

PS- remember ITOY focus research groups showed that ITOY characters appeal to not just 1-5 year olds like the Actimates but 1 - 22 year olds....a much wider audience (yes, even college students who use computers).

PS2- ITOY can charge less if they have to for their toys and more than make up the difference in ad revenues and the "premium" downloads from their website.

PS3- ITOY's management is sharp with vast experience....Lanette Orduna is the so-called "founder of the preschool talking toy". Gene Lipkin was very successful with Atari in their heydey.
