Assume the company doesn't make it and they break it up and sell it for 50-60 cents on the dollar - you should be able to generate $ 7- 10 (CDN.) per share.

I suspect the death rate decline was related to the unseasonably warm winter - up to late Dec in the US. Cold weather, shoveling snow and such is hard on folks. Jan and Feb have been anything but mild, so there could be a reaction the other way in this quarter's numbers.
