Another scenario is one that appeals to me and is a take-off on Ken's idea (post 6955). Spin off VOD; then sell 60% or so of the RT (ccur) company. Keeping an ownership stake in RT would give us a second bite of the apple. With all the new initiatives going on with RT and a partner who could add a synergistic component, we could do well.

It would seem to me that a buyer of the RT business would want current ccur management to remain active since they have the expertise. I know I would. There probably would be a non-compete element to the deal anyway.

This kind of a deal would give us cash to invest in VOD or allow for a stock buyback as previously stated. In any event, it seems to be a good deal for stockholders.

It's going to be interesting to see how or if it will turn out.
