I believe the last two splits have been 3 to 2. They don't need to increase authorized shares for that. I think this also allows them to announce splits more often. Look for a split sooner than July. My best guess is around the next earnings announcement. But they will ask for approval to increase authorized shares for the next split (the one after the upcoming one) at the next shareholder's meeting.
