Does anyone know what type of financial incentive ALU would have to pursue a private placement rather than go public (i.e., IPO)? It seems to me that company execs would prefer the IPO route if the public is interested (and they would be right now) because their stake (shares) in the company would rise dramatically. Would they similarly rise in a private placement?

Luckily it was the return and defective goods section and NOT the regular inventory. <

You must kidding! You mean 1/3 of warehouse are return and defective goods? God, how many return they have? If that is the case, I will sell all my ALU shares without asking any other question. Hope this is not the case.
