Zack and all,

I never had any intention of writing up a report on the DGIV visit, but I will mention a couple of things.

An SEC auditor has been hired. He will be doing his audit after the tax season ends (mid to late April). I would expect the filing to take place no later than the end of May.

DGIV is working on a couple of new and exciting things, that should be revenue producing in the near future. They have to do with the retail end of long distance service.

The equipment for the Egypt contract was shipped yesterday. It will take approximately two weeks for it to arrive in Egypt and clear customs. Add about 30 days after arrival for installation and testing. By early April, the system should be revenue producing.

The IP demo went well. A phone call was placed from one phone in the conference room through DGIV's gateway. The call went out over the Internet, back through the gateway, and called another phone in the conference room. There was a slight lag in hearing the voice on the other end, but it wasn't that bad. If you turned away so that you were not seeing the person you were talking to, it was almost unnoticeable. The clarity was good.

All in all, I think everyone attending came away quite satisfied.

Food for thought: I have been involved in many stocks over the years and the sentiment on this one could not be worse judging by the postings on this thread. Could this be a contrarian indicator that this stock is a buy? I have seen situations like this happen in the past.
