Windows2000 will likely have more mature clustering technology but NT4 already does have MP technologies built it. But now so does so many other OSes. I would guess that you are referring to MP for home workstation use. Well you can run your workstation on NT4 if you wish if you really need MP capabilites, but NT still has so many incompatibilities with Win9x and Windows code that you will possibly be annoyed by using it. I know of several fellow employees that have used NT4 as their workstation OS but many have backtracked to Win9x because of the incompatibilities they have encountered with third party ISVs / OEM software or hardware.

The only thing I would think that Windows2000 workstation might provide if it ever comes out is a more compatible OS to older and current Win9x/Windows code - although I wouldnt count on that at all! MSFT is simply trying to build a stable platform!
