What was your take? Would you invest more money into DGIV? Dilution? Signed contracts? Revenues? SEC filings?

To ALL,

I have been swamped with PM's and phone calls wanting to know details of the recent DGIV visit. I have hesitated to post anything as has everyone else who was in attendance. I have been invested in DGIV since early March last year and most all of you know I do not hype or pump and dump or any other form of BS. we all see on these threads. I am a simple man trying to make a buck to support my family like most of you. I know all to well what it is like to question your investment decisions when you watch the share price of any company you may be invested in go down the way DGIV has. Add to this the lack of news to provide any peace of mind and it can have a very real impact on ones mind. I will not post any thing new, no golden nugget of information that will magically transform DGIV' share price to new levels. I will relate this to everyone though.
The things I took away from the meeting were a greater understanding of the complexities of running and growing a company towards a goal of becoming listed and accepted by the investment community. I came away understanding the reasons for lack of news. I now appreciate more the tenuous position Jimmy Chin is in having to balance finances, Investors, employees, technology, his family and life, responsibilities ect.ect. I had the pleasure of meeting David Wong and would love to sit and talk to this man for an hour or two and pick his brain about the technology. I have a feeling this guy is one of the best. I got to see some of our servers which say DIGITCOM right on the front of the case. ( ok I know this may not seem like big news but it gave me some peace of mind). A call was placed using the internet as it's biway and the consensus was that it was a very acceptable mode of communication. I found those who spoke at the meeting to be confident and proffessional. I came away from the meeting confident that Digitcom is doing what is in the best interest of the company and it's shareholders. For those of you who are simply looking for some peace of mind concerning your DGIV investment really all I can and will say is that I came away from the meeting much more confident about my investment in the company than I was prior to attending. I know this is not a lot of information but I hope it helps. In ending let me say I would be very surprised if anyone attending were to be selling their shares in the near future. Sincerely MarkC.
