hi to all Flagsters: the drill is still turning.Hopefully we know more some times this week.
To Tim (if you are still watching):it is still my humble opinion that flag will have a 'deal' long before there is a definite tonnage established. This 'geological value' thing just looks too good and so close to the mills to ignore it.Also the emphasis has shifted to nickel/platinum.Gold is on the back burner until the price improves.
That is not to say that flag does not have a lot of places to look for it.We should find out in a month or so.:-))

To the Moon!
Hi Everyone. Its been a while, but I, along with Bill and many others, was getting pretty down, along with the price of most mining shares. Once Flag went below $.40 I realised that there was no visible support area on the charts and that Flag would have to establish a new bottom 'support area' before it would be safe to average down. It seems obvious to me that this HAS NOW HAPPENED as the volume dried up severely below the present levels. There is just nobody willing to sell Flag at these depressed levels. In fact it seems that all offers in the $.16, $.17 and $.18 area have been cleaned up in the last few days. Let's face it, with the news a few months ago that Falconbridge was snooping around and then this latest that INCO is taking a look it is obvious that NOW is the time to average down any shares bought at higher levels.
Although Inco looking at Flag's properties does not immediately guarantee a mine, I believe with the recent discoveries in the area, (including Nuinsco's HUGE grade nickle discovery to the east and another juniour's platinum and palladium showing just to the west of Sudbury), that NOW is the time to accumulate Flag stock at these low levels while they are drilling and the majors are showing interest.
Good Luck to all in '99.
