I would think that Bill Gates and John Malone would take pride in getting those consessions for leaving the table.

I think I must have missed something somewhere along the line. What concessions are you referring to? So far, all I was aware of was that HGRM put up about $250,000 while trying to win the deal. Then, it was let known that we didn't get Voxel due to lack of $5 mil. What else was there????

Jim, I recall reading a post regarding the continuing involvement with Voxel, which sounded pretty good, but was there ever an official statement from HGRM? You seem to have a better understanding of the events, so I defer to your interpretation of whether the bid was 'lost' or not.

I'm a bit surprised that you think the 25x is not the Russian deal. I know various other theories have been discussed, but I'm still blown away by this one--not sure I can survive another :). By the way--was it 25x earnings or revenues--I was thinking it was revenues?

Things look very interesting and promising and I think much probably will be revealed 'imminently' (can I jump on that ol bandwagon too?), with major shipments not far off... JMO but I think the risk/reward justifies a higher price, so I'm still looking to buy on these 'shakeouts', but if it doesn't happen that's ok too.
Ted

Very well said, Jim. To tell you the truth,
I have no intention of buying or selling
much of anything this year. I'm just going
to sit on my HGRM stock...and had I done more
of that last year, I'd be a lot better off, today
(not complaining though, by any means).
