i think that we have seen both items on this thread sometime back---the internet promotion was paid for by mdin, the other was released by dayton in response to a mdin news release waiting anxiously for the "imminent"catan vein processing to start or perhaps it already was started and then stopped when it became clear that it couldn't be mined profitably...by mdin at least.

Wow! What DD. One Question. Item #3. stated a injunction aginst futher transfer of title or sale pending the out come of the new lawsuit. So how in the news rls of 6/17/98 could Torneo do any type of offer to axquire all rights and entitlemnts to a settlement if the court of appeals ruled aginst it in 1995? It's this type of old to new type News that is very hard to understand when issued. Just cannot see why it's done when they know it's not going to work. Can anyone explain this? It seems that the News is good yet the facts later dug up change the picture, just how come ? I'm trying to be positive on this issue and get to the bottom of what to hell to think anymore. Please informative responces only, let's get to the true tale of the tape. IMO. If there is to be a great gold find from the drill program would it not be better to settle some of this crap and issues from the cobwebs of the past? Can anyone tell me how or what it would take for us to get beyond this issue and into the promise of gains if the drill proves up commercial grade for the location. Yet also IMVHO one or two holes will not give a bankable site, yet it could be the start of many more supported by some major investor with intrest in the location.
