The stock is completely under followed. For those that do follow EVDS I think the company might just surprise people with terrific sales of it's CAPSCAN device for monitoring and inventory analysis of USTs. Also don't forget that the home heating oil market potential is nearly completely untapped. The company will become fully reporting soon as they have already filed a Form 10. They also have the former number 3 man from Amoco on their advisory board. At .50 I see EVDS as a complete sleeper.
