Ram-

My father always told me, "that NOTHING goes straight up."

Options expiration, backing and filling, consolidation of positions...

In other words...don't sweat it. The company is doing everything it said since Lev returned. I've been thinking about that statement by Lev that they will release no news unless it is "third party verifiable."

Could that mean that perhaps some deals are done and the end user has implored an air of secracy as to be able to take full advantage the technology brings to their laptops over their competitors. Let's say Energizer has a deal with IBM for the VLNC battery. VLNC is told it is not your anouncement to make, so just start producing and we'll take care of the announcement. So, Lev may know of a "done deal" or two but, by contract, unable to announce it.

So we look for further clues...insider buying as recent as 6 weeks ago, the CEO talking about adding shareholder value for the first time ever, "very, very happy" customers with test batteries...

The bottom line IMO, positions were being cleaned up on Friday. We still have our momentum. 4 of the last 5 days up....I'll take that every week!

Let's be bullish, but let's all be sharp (no pun intended Bill). Let the facts guide our analysis. Let the stock price movement and TA be part of our guidance. And yes, let this thread be part of our guidance.

I have never felt more confident about the success this company is about to enjoy (or perhaps...already enjoying?)
