Usually it does. In this case the registrants have a problem: Mikey's holding up transfer. Bigtime. For months and months. He seems to think that's his right as transfer agent. He's wrong about that.

So you think it's cool that Bob and Gordon filed 144s for more than 200K shares. Then why's everyone pissed off at Dean?

144 - Form 144. Used to indicate an intent to sell unregistered shares in the open market.
Important Note: A 144 filer may not be an insider by the SEC's definition, and may not have to file a Form 4 if and when the shares are sold.

Registering can mean selling. Bob lists himself as a private shareholder. Is he an insider according to the SEC? Does he have to file a form 4?
