Unfortunately, you have no clue about the EMH.

EMH doesn't address efficiencies (or lack thereof) in the process of interpreting available information (IOW, it leaves valuation to the market). It only addresses the efficiency of incorporation of the interpretation (once made, efficiently or inefficiently) into the price. Thus, as for poor interpretations, that is outside the domain of EMH.
