Hi Dan, I'm no expert on the legal side of things, perhaps there are some amonst us who are, but it is something that has been going through my mind for a while and the more I think of it the more I like it, the plus side we have is that as far as I am aware the forensic report has now been made public and if that is so it would save an awful lot of spadework being done by any law firm that took up our case, count me in regards John

OPEN LETTER TO THE VSE perhaps you can explain to us all , why it will take over 6 months to verify a set of figures, 1) you have been given a forensic report by a reputable firm of accountants 2) you have as you advertise on your website an advanced computer program that is capable of confirming who was on the buy and sell side of all deals carried out on any given day why then does it take over six months to compare two sets of figures why when any company listed on the exchange is under investigation it is usually suspended , why then does this not apply to member firms? the longer this takes the less faith stockholders will have in the VSE's ability to police itself, Me I have no intention of letting this one go away, Regards PS i still await the e-mail answer promised regarding the dissemination of innacurate information that I raised with you on the 18th during this discussion I was promised an answer as to what had gone WRONG
