I don't see anything wrong with what you posed BGR.

If unit share is growing and DELL has the highest ASP (or more precisely, the slowest falling ASPs), then it does stand to reason that they are gaining revenue share if they are gaining in units share.

Only a few items that are of concern if you are long. You mentioned two of them at the last of your post. The third is the current stock price. These are very big items, IMHO.
