Dear George, Thank you for your reply. I am still considering your product along with CyBerTrader. I am attending a 5 day Robin Dayne seminar this week in NH where CyBerTrader will be promoted, so I will have plenty of exposure to that product. Perhaps I will read your message to the group of 20 that will be gathered there. I will let you know their reaction. If you will check out the last 5 or 6 messages on the CyBerTrader tread, I think you will find it interesting. The issues expressed there are legitimate. As with X, the common complaint among customers seems to be inept customer service, but judging from the posts from CyBer personnel there appears to be a genuine concern and effort on their part to resolve the problems instead of shooting the customer. I am impress with the frequency of posts by the CyBer people. They are very active on the thread. Why do I need to go to Chicago to view RTIII when I can come to your one day "how to" class in NY? When will you provide this class during the week? The last thing I want to do on a weekend is sit in a classroom. Anyway, thanks for your reply. Regards, Bill
