One would have to check the prior Schedule 13 filings; it may be nothing more than one of the affiliates of the principals picked up or sold some shares, and since beneficial ownership, voting control is attributed or aggregated, it triggered another filing. In addition, a new entity for various reasons might have had to be aggregated. But, you are right, I do recall the figure of 7% being bandied about.
