Excellent!! This is where DELL is headed. And this is specifically why I think DELL is not a buy at 80 ...

This is exactly what MSD is referring to. Hindsight they should have been more aggresive going after revenues, even at the expense of margin. Did not he say that if margin is the main criteria, you can just sell mouse pads which have high markups, but how much profit can you get? By doing volumes with lower margin the total profit will be higher to a certain point. Beyond a certain volume, Dell deals mostly with marginal cost.
