Hi Dan, Don't think there will be any problem getting hold of the report it is now in the public domain ,what we need are interested parties who are interested in 1) A class action 2) Getting this situation as much coverage as we can Another thought crossed my mind if the VSE is advertising all these safeguards and they have failed (this would be dependant on the company winning in court ) would we have a claim against the VSE . regards john
