Say Craig, you have any gizmos that let you search a thread (or all of SI, for that matter) from the beginning?

This would be a handy feature for me as I always want to do this, but don't know how...

I guess you could put all messages into a huge file and search that...yikes

Does your product work through a firewall?

It doesn't work through a proxy server, WHY?

When using the product, where else is it communicating?

Can you explain how this product works?
