Ibexx, I agree. It reminds me of the Intel thread in the summer of 1997 when INTC hit 102. It had just ended a great run and it was up significantly. A lot of people were saying how easy it was to make $$ with Intel. Needless to say, there was a protracted downturn back then and Intel didn't break 102 again until the fall of 1998. I'm not saying that Rambus will suffer a similar fate; however, I'm a bit superstitious as well when everyone gets too euphoric. Ibexx, Actually, the stock price continued up like crazy after the first forecasts. It collapsed after the Q1 reports. Of course, you might be linking the hyper-optimistic forecasts with the bad news. Which is why I think we should wait until after the news next week. I think we could use a little optimism again (not hype, optimism). I got my lucky rabbit's foot (of course, it didn't help the rabbit much!). <G> Dave B
