William your right, but I still think you work or, are going to work, for Morgan Stanley.
Ps
Be honest. You can't wait to get your hands on Mary Meeker.
Can I trust me, on that??

AOL, YHOO, AMZN, EBAY, EGRP, BCST, DCLK, TMPW, INKT and EXDS

Here is an experiment based upon the above stocks you outlined as "market/industry leaders," buy a couple shares each through a discount brokerage like Datek for the next ten years. I think if you are not already the MAN, you would be (or the WOMAN). Problem is: PATIENCE!!!!

I wrote down this list, b/c I have been toying with the above idea for about 2 weeks now, kinda like a mini-internet fund. But, no distributions on capital gains, just keep letting the splits take care of themselves (or outright buyouts). Just roatate into new leaders if one becomes too "blue chip."

Tell you what, I will start a paper trade portfolio of these 10 stocks. I will figure out how I am going to start, like 10 shares each, and try to fit $1500 a month into the market. Maybe in 5 years, when I am 35, I really will regret not putting real money on the line.

Rob
