Actually the "Systems, Strategies and Resources for Trading Futures " is one my favorite threads to read. Although I also enjoy the music in my dentist's office;)

I watch the spoo's every day. I do not get any volume data, only price. Is there a data feed available that includes intraday volume data for the S&P contracts? funk side note: Last Friday was the first in over three months that i had less $$$ in my account than what i started the week with. 15 consecutive weeks. it was a bummer to break the streak. i thought i had changed with the market over the last few weeks, but apparently i had not adjusted enough. clean slate tomorrow!
