Hi Pete:

<<20-1 reverse? and opens at $10.00? I would piss myself with happiness.>>

Did you miss the "Will it?" part, or am I being overly pessimistic again?

Unless the 0 behind the decimal point in their PR is a typo, (wouldn't be the first one, except that they usually err by a few 0's in front of the decimal point - e.g. when it comes to their sales and profit forecasts), the meaning of this annoucement is that you will get 4,200 shares of the new "combined business entity" for every 100,000 shares of RESZ you now own.

Given that ODI is doing a convert. PP at $ 2.50 a share and that their shares "will be exchanged for 0.839 shares in the combined business entity", what can we realistically expect the new entity to open trading at? Any bets.
