I believe that your comment "If he sells Real time, it is because he beleives it is in shareholders best interest and in the strategic interest of the company. " is correct. I would like some of the proceeds used to repurchase stock. This also could be in the best interest of the shareholders.

It is my humble opinion that the stock price may drop after the announcement just because of Buy on the Rumor, Sell on the News. Nothing to worry about, could actually be another buying opportunity.

I have heard it said that when the MSOs start buying servers for iVOD it could be explosive. Partly because they can wait until the last minute before buying servers. It only takes 90 minutes in install. Why buy in advance.

ps to all posters: since those that know the ultimate buyer of real time do not want to post it publicly on SI, those individuals should feel free to email me that information in confidence. I can hardly wait for the responses to come pouring in.
