The winter has been mild in comparisions to previous years Bob,
if one wants to see snow, the copper country of Northern Michigan
is well noted (Keewanaw Pennisula for heavy snow falls) . Maybe
global warming will melt more of the ice caps and glaciers, eh.?
Saw the effects of volcano warming under the primary glacier in Iceland recently., looks like it can move millions of cubic feet of water
when the volcanoes erupt under ice packs. Wonder how many kimberlite pipes have erupted under ice packs, and how many diamonds have been deposited via erosion of kimberlite tops into the
ocean along the arctic isles and elsewhere
Have to go for now, just dropped by to say hello, looks like our T.
Rex is on the move.
Sincerely
George J. Tromp
Trivia question for the week
Which kimberlite deposits hold the best diamond grades in
Rex S.African Fissures.?
