I am far from bullish on AMZN but you correct. Retailing is definitly not only about price. In fact, retailers that always try to be the lowest price, always fail.

I know everyone hates a history lesson, but do you know what RCA and the "Thing" might have in common?? RCA actually went out of business, because they sold their computer's for cost, but their customer service was great. It was their lack of staying power that killed them.
After losing $millions year after year. RCA's lender's suggested that they call it a day.
Ps
Sarnoff their founder. Retired a multi-millionaire. His die-hard shareholders? Ended up with shit. Except with a building in New York called the RCA center. Maybe Bezos will leave Seattle one.
Don't trust me on that.
