Hi Gottfried,
You found a bug in the program. If you click on the "Get all" links from the SI Message Manager and you unchecked the "forward direction" on the Configuration screen, I bet you download the first unread post, and then the previous posts from there. Oops - I'll have to fire my QA department now. <g> For now, I strongly recommend keeping the "forward direction" box checked on the configuration screen, otherwise you'll have some of this strange behavior.

If you don't see the (Ignore) link after the poster's name in the From: field of a message, you probably have Activate Pop-Ups enabled on the SI Options page. If you disable Pop-Ups, you should see this Ignore link, and then you'll be able to Ignore posters.

I just installed the program and can't get connected either. I get message, CONNECTION REFUSED! I have spent more time trying to figure this out than reading posts one at a time! ;-)

I haven't received anything like a "Get all" message.
