Tony,

imagine nuclear bomb development software that runs under NT

I think it would be appropriate to put NT inside the finished devices. Preferably, many copies of it.

<imagine nuclear bomb development software that runs under NT!>

News flash, Jan. 2000: Saddam Hussein attempted to launch the nuclear missile that his regime was finally able to develop using 550 MHz Pentium III Xeons stolen from the U.S. Unfortunately, the Windows NT system installed on the missile wasn't Y2K compliant, causing the nuclear warhead to detonate a few seconds after liftoff.

The last word that was reportedly uttered by Saddam Hussein before his country was disintegrated was "DOH!"
