I was just parroting that fellow's comment about EGRP being cheap. It is not cheap by any measure. Maybe it's cheap if you were Bill Gates or Warren Buffet. Otherwise, it has the potential for POS designation. -g-

On another topic, what do you take ahaha's view regarding ATHM? He rambles about much and is obviously interesting, but I can't seem to get a grip on his views about ATHM. I'd imagine he's long, but just not certain.
