The original proof-of-concept came out of research in Colorado to the best of my recollection; my guess is that there are some close ties between NECX and the original process developers. I got a call from a professional friend of mine regarding this, that made me feel it was worth starting this thread. I am heavily involved in some other issues at this point in time - so, feel free to do the Edgar and other DD things, and post away. Thanks, John :-)
