Hi Blue, and glad to see you back after what must have been an awful few days for you, Mrs. Blue & loved friends. Glad you liked my post.

Happy Belated Chinese New Year Fortune Cookie To All....

First, A Secret Lesson for Stealth If-The-Shoe-Fits-Wear-It Readers Only-
Wonder if any not-mentioned-by-name former forum lurkers notice an interesting non-example of You-Know-What in these two previous posts nullifying ridiculous predictions to the contrary & IN YOUR FACE LOL.
Why? Elementary!
1) It's not what you say it's how you say it.
2) It's The Economy Stupid.

back to business....
Blue, I want to tell you that it's thanks to your inspiration all AOL & GNET shares a free ride. And what's more after splits I'll get to buy back more than I would have had if I'd just held onto 'em all and waited because of trading in & out on pops & dips of aol and penny shares back and forth. GNET gave me free AOL shares, AOL gave me free GNETs.
There were days upon days they did the yingyang thang do-si-do.
Realizing now why you never spelled out to me just how to do it....I couldn't explain it myself either I just look at the numbers and know it's about to be accomplished. My accountant said I must now do a tax balancing quarterly instead of yearly if I'm going to be trading stocks this way and I haven't even looked at THAT yet & do hope it won't ruin it all. If it does then I've got the rest of the year to be more conservative and to consider some GNET money put aside to pay the Y2K cg, but I have a feeling it will all be fine. The only way I can think of to explain it is I held my nose, jumped in feet first, took gains, liquidated losses, buy sell buy sell up down up down sell 'em buy 'em back sell 'em again like trading baseball cards is the best analogy for it would you say Professor? Blue, I'm the Cowardly Lion with nerve and you're the Wizard of Oz who showed the way, good friend. You gave me the High Sign That It's Time. So I Promise You
not to be a Frankenstein now and won't do it too often, go too far, get enthralled by the ego trip and thrill of it, or be foolish. I know I'm now on more dangerous ground than I was when I bought blue chips after splits and only held for longs; I intend to still stay mostly on level 3 and only venture to level 2 when the market is absolutely right, as it was and is, for this. KA-BOOM!!! When The Beast shows the red of his eyes, Blue, I'll be Ready...Fire...Aim witcha. Maybe another time or two we'll get after this, maybe not.
I could really use more practice but so be it.
It's Now Time To Speak Of The Unspeakable...
The Monster Of All Monster Y2K Tech Beasts slumbers in his cave to awaken in only two or so seasons. The Big One. No one has practice with Such A Dragon; only guesses as to possible awakening and behaviour. The seasonal pattern may be different this year than any we have ever seen or studied or heard tell of because of This Dragon.
Or Perhaps Not Until The Moment Arrives. But There WILL Be Signs.
There are ALWAYS signs to those with powers of observation seeking it.
The Bears are already planning for a no-brainer and I hate to tell them that may be like The British going against The Swamp Fox.
Just for starters:
Folks planning to liquidate their bank accounts and put all their holdings in certificates don't bode well for Bears wanting margins
now do they? And how about automatic liquidation of options accounts when they get beyond a certain range in any direction? Combined with Y2K possible puter glitches? Doesn't sound like a no-brainer to me.
Blue and other Techride pals I just know you won't be saying I'm a worrywart like some of my other friends do when I like to Think Ahead for Alternate Plans For Eventualities When It's Important Life Issues.
Pals, I think the time has come to try to draw a bead on this thing. There's just GOTTA be a no-brainer hiding somewhere - hiding like a camel in the desert that can only be seen at dawn or dusk - and the sunrise will be going to an early morning soon now and trying so hard to get a glimpse of that camel before he fades back with the desert colors again as the sun turns white and the shadows shorten is a job I hate to try to do alone. Not looking for ideas yet, just want to notify Techride Pals that it's now time to go ON WATCH for any gathering patterns that may be sticking out like a camel in the desert at sunrise. Maybe then we could catch it gathering momentum - and Ride on the 1 After 909, Which Is Our Potential And Privilege.
As in Hi-Yo Silver, Away!! (flip side Whaddya Mean WE, Kimosavee? LOL)
WE CAN DO IT TECHRIDE. We can come out rich on the other end of THIS.
Dotcom told me One After 909 is Our Inspiration Song for Good Reason.
What A Great And (Knock On Wood) Lucky Board,
Joanie
