ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC ELECTRONICS: ANOTHER UNDERVALUED PENNYSTOCK

Advanced Diagnostic Electronics, Inc. (OTC-BB-ADOT-.10) appears poised for a nice run up. We are looking for the volume to begin to dry up. When it does, we think it won't be far from the .30 to .50 area, where it was last year about this time.

Our guess is that day traders and other short-term speculators are playing with it at this point. These types of traders typically buy large blocks and then dump them at the end of the day, hoping to profit from a couple of pennies. This will typically cause prices to decline. Once these traders forget about ADOT, see that they cannot make much money as the spread (the difference between the bid and ask price) widens, they will move on to some other stock. When they are out, we think they will be replaced by new shareholders who feel this is at least a .30 cent stock. This is a concept that typically brings about higher stock prices for those who can withstand the selling and price drops.

Advanced Optics Electronics Inc. is a developer of patented electronic display technology, utilizing ADOT's proprietary SLM (Spatial Light Modulator) light valve. This industry-leading technology can be utilized in many diverse fields including the production of "television quality" advertising billboards, medical testing equipment, military displays, computer monitors and high definition video transmission. The key to recognizing the true value of Advanced Diagnostic is in its ownership of another company, a privately held biotechnology firm called Biomoda, Inc. Advanced Optics owns approximately 22% and holds an option to increase that position to approximately 27%.

Biomoda is a biomedical company uniquely focused on both detecting and treating lung cancer early. Lung cancer kills more American women and men each year than any other cancer, for either sex. The company owns exclusive licenses to patented technology developed at the Los Alamos National Laboratory and St. Mary's Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado, site of the world's largest lung cancer tissue bank. Biomoda plans to bring this technology to market as quickly as possible, to implement large scale screening of sputum samples for early detection of lung cancer.

On a parallel development track, the Company intends to complete development of methods to improve early treatment of lung cancer, based on the same molecule used in the screening method. BioModa Inc, announced on Feb. 8 it is now prepared to begin ''Opinion Leader'' testing of its TCPP Diagnostic for abnormal lung cells. BioModa's tests will be conducted in cooperation with foreign partners in Korea, China, India, Australia and Romania.
''Commercial use of clinical tests in these countries represents a significant milestone reached by our research staff,'' stated BioModa's President, Ari Ma'ayan. ''We have successfully developed strong partner relationships in Korea, China, India, Australia and Romania. ''These potential markets include more than two billion people and over $500 million in estimated revenues for lung cancer testing over the next 3 years.''
