Dataminer, good luck...you will have to be
very patient with this one.

CHRZ went from 30 to 13 in less than 30 trading sessions. You sound certain that it is destined to remain at this level indefinitely. When I bought NSCP at 17, I heard the same argument.

The co. has warned that it will not make '99
projections...

So growth slows from unsustainable to realistic. CHRZ actually has rock-solid earnings and trades at a current p/e of less than 10. Some investors may find it a value even considering the reduced growth rate.

maybe you could tell me what you see that will move this
stock besides a hope and a prayer.

How bout the extreme oversold condition?
-The announced stock buy-back
-potential for takeover
-Growth of technology markets
-Princeton Softech's (wholly owned sub.) incredible growth rate
-current valuation compared to market

All in all, I feel that the risk-reward is in my favor. Sure, the stock could languish here for awhile or could even decline some, or it could shoot up rapidly. Who knows? Either way, I will be fine in the long-run managing this investment using mathematics rather than emotions. I will not be so bold as to offer any short-term view, but will concentrate on my strategy.

I'm actually planting a seed with a small portion of my portfolio, and plan to nourish it over time in my PCA system. For me it makes sense. For you, perhaps observing CHRZ and investing in everything else is the best way.

Stop by in a few months and we'll discuss CHRZ's price movements and I'll let you know how I'm doing.

Best wishes,
Bill
