This appears to be specific to the state of Minnesota... I do not see it as a cease and desist of operations. It appears to address only the sale of certain securities.... That said, here come the class action lawsuits..... Certainly investor confidence is shaken for it illustrates poor management. At this point it is alleged however that alone makes investors shy. I wonder if Minn law permits a company to rectify with perhaps a monetary penalty.... All in all you do not get that warm fuzzy feeling. Although there is an implied company death, I do not agree. The question is is the company dying? I believe what is very important here is how the company handles the matter and if and how they inform their shareholders..... Am I off base?
