You just don't get it. Just because someone sold @ $.09 does mean you can but at $.10. MMs can carry an inventory they do not have to sell below the ask. Right now they are expecting higher prices just like we are and they are not giving up shares below the ask.

Quit worrying about one stinking penny and just buy some, if you really want it.

Dear Frank,

It's obvious that you have pissed off the all of the Market Makers, and they are specifically ignoring your orders. I don't think there's anything I can do to help. They are a very sensitive lot; perhaps you should discuss this problem with your broker - and see if he can intercede for you.

I do hope you can obtain more shares soon; before it's too late.
